Since 2018 I have been working on what interests me, chasing authentic resonance, and fullness of being. The commonalities: doing what hadn't been done before, creating solutions where no clear guidelines existed and employing anomalous frameworks that let me span across disciplines.
With this in mind, quality of outcome becomes embedded in the practice.

My methodology
I do not engage in daily operational tasks ("business as usual").
My focus is strictly on complex, non-routine tasks and big picture, coordinative strategic work. These assignments are typically one-off problems where established playbooks fail.
I operate either autonomously, functioning as a single-point architect and executor, or as the Lead Coordinator of a dedicated small team. My role is to design the strategy, align the resources, and personally handle the most difficult, abstract components, and ensure a successful A to B in its totality.
I engage primarily on a project basis or through a monthly retainer, providing specialized intellectual and executive capacity precisely where the organization's current capabilities hit their limits.
